The 7-Day Prove-It Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
Clear Standards for Results, Participation and Refunds
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Quick answer
Eligible new clients may request a refund of the defined initial program fee when they complete the assessment, attend required sessions, follow assigned actions and do not achieve the written first-week success measure. This guarantee does not promise a cure, specific weight loss or identical results.
The 7-Day Prove-It Guarantee
Before training begins, the client and coach identify a reasonable first-week success measure.
Examples may include:
- Completing scheduled sessions
- Demonstrating improved exercise technique
- Increasing comfortable range in an agreed movement
- Improving a basic balance or performance measure
- Establishing a nutrition, walking or recovery routine
- Reporting a meaningful improvement in confidence or movement comfort using an agreed scale
The measure must be documented before the seven-day period begins.
Eligibility
To qualify, a new client must:
- Purchase a program specifically covered by the guarantee.
- Complete required intake forms and the Movement MRI.
- Disclose relevant health information and obtain required clearance.
- Attend scheduled first-week sessions or reschedule according to policy.
- Complete assigned at-home actions to the agreed standard.
- Communicate any problem that prevents participation.
- Submit a written request by the end of day eight after the official start date.
Refund Amount
The refund applies only to the fee identified in the written offer as covered by the guarantee. It may exclude completed third-party services, food, travel, parking, equipment and other items clearly disclosed before purchase.
What the Guarantee Does Not Promise
- Medical diagnosis or treatment
- A cure
- Permanent pain elimination
- A specific number of pounds lost
- A specific body-fat percentage
- A specific athletic result
- A result without participation
How to Request a Review
Send a written request to WeTrainMiam@gmail.com (confirm spelling) by the stated deadline. Include your name, program, start date, completed actions and the agreed measure that was not achieved.
We may schedule a review call before processing the request. The review cannot be used to pressure the client into waiving a valid right.
Ongoing Program Cancellation
Clients may cancel an ongoing agreement according to the written contract. When the agreement uses a 30-day notice period, written notice is required and payments or services during that period remain governed by the contract.
Unused prepaid sessions and deposits are refunded only as stated in the signed agreement and applicable law.
24-Hour Session Policy
Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without forfeiture unless the agreement provides a more generous rule.
Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged or deducted from the package. A courtesy reschedule or package extension may be offered at the company’s discretion but is not guaranteed.
Trainer-Initiated Cancellations
When the trainer cancels, the client receives a rescheduled session or credit.
Medical Pause
A documented medical issue may qualify for a pause, transfer or cancellation according to the agreement. The business may request appropriate documentation without demanding unnecessary sensitive details.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank or card-processing timelines may add delay.
